Dear members of the family,

We  were  deeply  saddened  to  hear  about  the  death  of  U  Lwin,  the secretary of NLD. We want to express our heartfelt sympathy.

We know how difficult this must be for you. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

U Lwin was such a kind, gentle soul. He would do anything to help someone in need. U Lwin was such a special person that no words are adequate. We still remember the hard times of NLD when he was served as a secretary of NLD. U Lwin was a valued member of the NLD and contributed to the organization in many ways.
